## Development

### Quickstart

1. **Create and activate a virtual environment:**

   ```bash
   python3 -m venv venv
   source venv/bin/activate
   ```

2. **Install dependencies:**

   ```bash
   pip install -r requirements.txt
   ```

3. **Apply database migrations:**

   ```bash
   python manage.py migrate
   ```

4. **Create a superuser (optional, for admin access):**

   ```bash
   python manage.py createsuperuser
   ```

5. **Run the development server:**

   ```bash
   python manage.py runserver
   ```

6. Open [http://localhost:8000](http://localhost:8000) in your browser.
